Who says you can’t afford your own personal trainer?
Empowered Health and Fitness provides affordable, in-home,
at the gym, or in my home, personal fitness training
programs in the Southeast Michigan area, at very affordable
low rates.
INDIVIDUAL Fitness Sessions At Your Convenience
One-on-One training sessions. This is perfect for those that
need a little more accountability, guidance and motivation
while still training mostly on his or her own.

Full Hour Session (minimum of 4 sessions) $40.00 per
session

Half Hour Session (minimum of 8 sessions) $20.00 per
session
BUDDY PLAN (You and 0ne Other Person) Fitness Sessions At
Your Convenience
There is special pricing if you workout with a buddy. Why?
It’s a fact that you will work out more frequently and with
greater results if you use the buddy system. Empowered
Health and Fitness wants to encourage proven results by your
dedication, consistency, and motivation by providing
discount pricing for you AND a buddy.

FITNESS PROGRAMMING ~ $50.00 PER SESSION
What if you’re busy, or not sure about having a fixed
schedule and want to be flexible about your training as time
allows? If you would like to hire a trainer to periodically
help you on an hourly basis with absolutely no
regularly-scheduled time commitment, then this may be for
you!
INITIAL FITNESS ASSESSMENT ~ $40.00
So, how do you get started? We require all new clients to go
through our initial fitness assessment prior to fitness
training. The $40 fee includes periodic reassessment (about
every 3 months) at no charge. After your initial fitness
assessment, a written plan is your key to success. Whether
you train at home, in your local gym, or at my private home
gym, we can put together a written exercise plan specific to
your goals. Your workout plan will be written specifically
for you by personal fitness trainer, Sherry Perkins, and
will include the following:

A workout plan with recommended exercises and guidelines
on sets & reps

Exercise summary sheet explaining how to do each exercise

A weekly schedule highlighting weight training,
cardiovascular training and cross training recommendations
Fitness Coach
PAYMENTS
-
Initial Fitness Assessment fee is paid in full at time of
assessment.

Session fees are paid at the beginning of any new
sessions/packages.

Payments may be made in cash or by check payable to Empowered
Health and Fitness, or credit card.

Payments
are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of the
session unless an emergency arises (i.e. illness, family
crisis, weather conditions). Failure to notify trainer or
show up for the session will result as a used session;
charged in full.
